If you are interested in getting around but don’t want to drive a car then there are bikes that you can rent and ride around the area, dropping them off from point A to point B. These bike rentals are provided by Boward BCyle (formerly AV Med Rides).

If you are waiting to rent then you have two options:


1. Membership

rides under 30 minutes are free

U$ 3 per half hour to a total of $50.

7-day pass: $35.00 - Annual Pass: $88.00


2. Guest

U$ 5 per half hour to a max of $50 per day.


When it comes to picking up / dropping off bikes there are 17 locations in Fort Lauderdale, 2 in Hollywood, 1 in Pompano Beach, 1 in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, 1 in Dania Beach, and 1 in Hallandale Beach.
